Los Aljibes is a family project that was born with a deep respect for nature, it’s life and environment.

The estate is located in the area of Chinchilla de Montearagón, (Albacete, Spain) and has a total of 900 hectares available for cultivation: 200 hectares of scrubland shelters varied animal and vegetable ecosystems, 178 hectares of vineyards, 50 of olives with the remaining area dedicated to cereal.

Olive trees, hare, smooth hills, vines, scrubland, rabbit, kermes oak, cereal, horses, savin, huge horizons, red partridge… in a typical manchegan landscape, with extreme weather conditions.
